ISTE NETS-S Correlation

ISTE NETS-S Correlation

I just received this information from a colleague and thought it worth posting about.

Atomic Learning recently correlated our full tutorial library, Lesson Accelerators and other resources to the ISTE NETS-S framework to assist educators in fulfilling tough state assessment standards.

The National Educational Technology Standards (NETS) were developed by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) as national standards for technology education. The standards are the most recognized set of technology standards in use by teachers and educational leaders around the world today.

To try this new feature, visit and choose ISTE NETS-S from the Search by State drop down menu.
We use Atomic Learning district wide for employees, students, families. Wouldn't this correlation of standards with their tutorials offer the required evidence for a student's eigth grade technology literacy? Why or why not? What problems do you see?

I wonder about the task of tracking the students on the tutorials? And the recordkeeping?

Okeydoke, here's a reader and a comment! Your blog is nice looking and seems to be full of worthwhile info. I've being doing my personal blogs for a few years now but am just getting going on my library blogs, one in-house and one (listed below) for professional discussion.
